F1 Training
Custom platform developed for Scotland’s largest training company to manage course bookings and training schedules across multiple locations.
The system synchronises course diaries between training centres and allows customers to browse, book and reserve places on courses online.
The administration system allows staff to manage course schedules, instructors and attendees while keeping training records organised across locations.
The platform also supports both on-site training courses and online learning, paid and delivered through the website.
The Natural Energy Company
Custom survey platform developed for a renewable heating company to capture detailed property surveys during site visits.
Engineers used tablets to record measurements, photographs and installation requirements directly inside the system, with each stage of the survey guiding the engineer through the inspection process.
The completed survey data was stored centrally and presented to the office team, who could generate structured PDF reports and installation assessments directly from the system.
A customer-facing version of the survey was also developed, allowing homeowners to submit detailed property information online before an engineer visit.
The Scottish Ophthalmology Club
Custom administration platform developed for The Scottish Ophthalmological Club to manage professional meetings and member activity.
The system allows organisers to publish meeting details, manage attendance and collect structured feedback from members following each event.
The platform also includes membership payment handling and reporting tools, allowing the organisation to export meeting statistics and generate graphical reports for internal review and presentation.
Monaco Grand Prix
Custom online booking system developed for a travel company offering bespoke Monaco Grand Prix experiences.
Visitors could plan their full race weekend by selecting hotels, viewing locations and travel options, with the system guiding them through the process and calculating the total cost of the trip in real time.
The administration system allowed the business owner to manage bookings, adjust pricing and edit customer itineraries when required. Stripe integration enabled secure online payments as well as the ability to create bookings over the phone and send payment links directly to customers.
Go Books - Part of the BluCMS platform
Business management platform used to manage quotations, pricing and project delivery for service-based work.
The system allows jobs to be created, materials and labour to be priced, and full quotations to be generated for customers.
Once a job is approved, the system continues to manage the project through scheduling, payment tracking and VAT calculations.
Deposits and staged payments can be processed through integrated payment gateways while the diary and job tracking tools keep the work organised from quotation through to completion.
Aesthetica Dental Implants
Referral platform developed for a specialist dental implant clinic in Dundee.
The system presents treatments and clinic information while capturing patient enquiries and managing referrals from other dental practices.
Structured referral forms allow dentists to submit patient details and treatment information directly through the site, while the administration system stores and organises submissions so the clinic can track enquiries and manage consultations efficiently.
